Best Friend in Remembrance

This poem is dedicated to a special sister of mine.  Thank you dear for being so understanding of me and always ready to forgive me everything I erred.   You're always a big Sister to the Trans, cross dressers and transvestites indeed.

Friend are a rare jewel, indeed,
They're a sparkle to your life.
And making the smile you seek,
When you’re down with strife.
They get you back on your feet,
And always stand by your side.
Whatever you face in your need,
They're there to be your guide.

They lend an ear to listen to your cry,
They share a word of praise, if you try.
It’s good to let out your feeling inside,
To a friend that you can really confide.
There shouldn’t be any secrets to hide
And nothing to be ashamed or feel shy
Friend always open their heart to share
In a way to show how much they care
